Due to the pandemic COVID19 situation, after a very long period the Nodal officer, Dr. Tejas P Joshi had arranged an offline EBSB club meeting dated 6th April 2021 (Tuesday) & followed all COVID19 guidelines. The club meeting was held at 4:15 pm at the academic hall, MKBU. Prof. I. R. Gadhvi, Chairperson of the EBSB club (ex-Dean, Faculty of Science) led the meeting in the presence of club members. Total 8 members remain present during this club meeting. Dr Tejas P Joshi, Nodal officer, EBSB-Maharaja Krishnakumarsinhji Bhavnagar University gave detailed information related to various events successfully completed under the EBSB program. Dr Joshi also proposed an activity calendar for the next coming month and asked for suggestions from club member to further improve and speed up the various activity. Total five agenda were discussed and all the members finally agreed with suggestions to enhance the activity. Following suggestions were put forward and accepted to further implement in EBSB event/program to encourage the activity and for the benefit of students. • The EBSB club agreed to hire/invite experts for online lecture/presentation/talk via platform google meet/zoom etc. on the subject related to the activities and the link supply to various Departments of University and colleges. The honorarium of INR 1,000 should be payable to the expert. • Nodal officer will provide video link related to Chhattisgarh to the academic section of MKBU and the academic section will forward the link to the Departments/colleges/institutions so the host arranges video show for their students and carry out the activity. • The club members agreed that no further addition/deletion of any member should be done. • The Chairperson (Ex-Dean, Prof. I. R. Gadhvi) told the Nodal officer to appoint a new Chairperson as currently, he was no more in the position of Dean.

As part of Pace Setting and EBSB activity, On the spot Painting Competition was organised for Senior students in the neighbouring Vidyalaya, GVHSS, Malampuzha on the the topic “ Impact of Corona” to create COVID awareness on 05.04.2021. 16 students participated. The prize distribution ceremony was held organised at JNV Palakkad on 06.04.2021 wherein prizes and certificates were distributed to the winners by the Principal, Smt. Prameela.

The Board Class students residing in the campus were made familiar with various Art forms of India- Kalamkari, Warli, Rajasthani Miniature, Kerala Murals, Gond Art and Cheriyal Painting . They were made to draw the sketches on the school walls and paint it using bright shades . The Art teacher, Shri.
