In order to generate appreciation for the cultural heritage of the paired states of Orissa and Maharashtra, the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative club of NITIE, Mumbai in association with the Ministry of Indian Education, organized a fun and interactive Quiz on famous personalities, popular cultural practices, symbols and norms in Orissa and Maharashtra.
This event was an attempt to create awareness amongst the students and employees of NITIE about the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Maharashtra and Orissa while appreciating the commonalities in the ethos of the two states signified in their cultural practices.

Fit India Week -2022 (28.11.2022 to 04.12.2022)
As part of the celebration of Fit India School Week, the following events were held day wise
to commemorate with Azadi Ka Amrith Mahotsav 28.11.2022 to 04.12.2022 . Around 385
students actively participated in various activities organized by the school. On the 2nd and 3rd
of December, JNV Palakkad hosted its Annual Sports Meet. A highly competitive event-the
Inter-House March Past where the four houses eyed for the first place was the . The audience
next witnessed various displays symbolizing alternative sources of energy. The displays made
way for the highly awaited athletic events where competitiveness among the students soared
high. The games were organized for teachers too. . At the end of the day, students departed
with a clear smile on their faces as the Udaigiri House emerged as House Champions. It was
a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.

Constitution Day also known as 'Samvidhan Divas', is celebrated in our country on 26th November every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India. On 26th November 1949, the Constituent Assembly of India adopted the Constitution of India, which came into effect from 26th January 1950. Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat Club of G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur has conducted an online program based on Constitution Day on 26 November 2022. The program was conducted in consideration with EBSB clubs of the paired state institution, G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur & C V Raman Global University, Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.The program started with anchoring by Ms. Sheetal Mohalpatra, EBSB student member, CVRGU, she also given the information of the program. Then All the Member from GHRCE read the preamble of India in Marathi Language,after that All the Member from CVRGU side read the preamble in Odisha language.The History and Brief Intro was elaborated by Mr. Atharv Pande, from GHRCE.At the end of program Dr. Mangesh Bhorkar GHRCE & Prof. Rahul Barman, CVRGU addressed the audience . The program was well organized by Dr. Mangesh Bhorkar EBSB Nodal officer & NSS Program Officer GHRCE under the able guidance of Dr. Sachin Untawale Chief Executive Officer RGI & Director GHRCE Nagpur.

In an attempt to spread awareness about the paired state of Odisha under the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat initiative, information about the program was shared amongst the students of IHM Mumbai. Faculty and students of IHM Mumbai also participated in the Rashtriya Ekta Diwas Quiz organised by the ministry of Tourism under the aegis of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat campaign. The quiz contained questions related to culture, food, festivals, handicrafts, tourist places, famous personalities, etc. of various states/ UTs of India.
