As a part of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat initiative, the Institute of Hotel Management Pusa New Delhi hosted Music and Traditional Dance along with Lunch for the faculty and staff on the mesmerizing state Sikkim, during the month of March, 2025.
The event involved music and a traditional dance which was served to the staff with lunch associated to Sikkim for a complete overall feel of the state, the event was to show the cultural heritage and diversification of our nation.
The event was conducted successfully under the EBSB program it was a wonderful activity as this has broadened the knowledge about Sikkim to the students. Dance, music and lunch all associated to the state in one reach, such event helps in encouraging students to gain knowledge about the Sikkim.

Institute Of Hotel Management Catering Technology And Applied Nutrition, Kolkata has organised a theme lunch food festival based on the theme of “Mughlai Cuisine”. The event was organised by the third-year students, where they arranged for a delectable lunch for the teachers and other administrative members of the institute.
The training restaurant of the college named Kolkata was decorated by the students in Mughal theme, many activities like Qawalli song is sung along with a traditional Muslim wedding.

एक भारत श्रेष्ट भारत के अंतर्गत 14 फरवरी, 2025 को संस्थान में बी.एस.सी प्रथम वर्ष एवं डिप्लोमा एफ & बी सर्विस के विधयार्थियों के लिए सिक्किमी व्यंजनों पर एक मेनू डिजाइनिंग प्रतियोगिता आयोजित की गई थी।
मेनू डिजाइनिंग प्रतियोगिता में 17 विधयार्थियों ने भाग लिया। प्रथम तीन स्थान प्राप्त करने वाले 8 विजेताओं को ई-प्रमाणपत्र प्रदान किए गए। विजेता निम्नानुसार है :
