The Objective of the Hackathon was to bring the students of IIIT Guwahati and IIIT Kota towards working on a concept regarding the promotion of Tourism and conservation of Water. The themes were Tourism and Water Conservation. The initiative was to highlight the tourist destination of both the states and the possibilities of promoting and learning from the tourist destination. Secondly, since Rajasthan encounters a water crisis and Assam has many water bodies, this hackathon attempted to promote the ideas on conserving for the future use.

Saint Claret College, Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh organized an online activity on the topic CULTURE AND SOCIETY OF ARUNCHAL PRADESH in collaboration with Saint Anthony’s College, shillong, Meghalaya observing Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat program under Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. The activity was conducted on 26th February, 2022 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. through Google meet. Activity was successfully conducted with the presence of Fr. Arnest Kharmawlong, Vice Principal Saint Claret College, Mr. Tage Tagyung, Nodal Officer Saint Claret College, ziro, Mrs. Irilang Lyngoh, Nodal Officer Saint Anthony’s College, shillong and 50 students from both the college’s. Students from both the college’s had a good interaction and exchange program about the culture and society of respective States.
