Essay Writing Competition Title: Unity in diversity- Chhattisgarhi & Gujarati cuisine
As a part of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat celebration, an essay writing competition was organized. The topic of the essay was Unity in diversity- Chhattisgarhi &Gujarati cuisine. The students came up with beautiful write up on these cuisines focusing on various ingredients used, method of cooking, principle religious belief, delicacies prepared during festive and so on. The participants also mentioned about the USP of both cuisines such as Chittikichatni, Laalbhaji, Undhiyu, etc. This was a fruitful event with student learned more about the cuisine journey of both states. Such activities will give the young students an opportunity to know more about the diversity we have in our great country. |
