Independence Day Celebration
The COVID-19 outbreak ensured that the Independence Day celebrations on August 15 were either online or celebrated following all norms of social distancing . The flag was hoisted by the Principal In charge Smt.Sindhu Devi, followed by a welcome address by Shri.Sivadasan, PGT Hindi, wherein a glowing tribute was paid to the freedom fighters and also need to rise to the occasion by shouldering responsibilities. Speech in English, Hindi and Malayalam were delivered by the Staff wards, Mast.Jithin, Kum.Gayathri and Kum.Sreenu. The address was given by Smt.Ajitha, TGT Social Science stressing on the need to enliven the dreams of the freedom fighters . Few students recorded the speech in English and Malayalam on the contributions and sacrifices of great leaders which were shown online to the staff on Independence Day. The day ended with the distribution of sweets in the campus |
