For the state of Tamil Nadu, a cultural talk was presented. The talk highlighted the extensive and vibrant atmosphere of the Tamilian-Dravidian culture. It encompassed history up to the British Era, language over the years, books - new and old, as well as the old epic works from Saint Tiruvalluvar. F
