TRADITIONAL SNACKS FESTIVAL
Amidst Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations, NITIE EBSB Club celebrated a traditional snack festival. Post cultural night, NITIE EBSB Club was privileged to host a traditional Indian snacks festival. Prof. N.K. Mehta and Prof. Vidyadhar Gedam lightened the lamp. The audience and participants relished the traditional delicacies like Fafda, Chakli, Chaina Poda, Chirota, Balushahi, Bhakarwadi, Vada Pav and Pav Bhaji. The combination of Maharashtrian namkeen snacks and Odiya sweets brought the taste of national integration on the taste buds. We thank Prof. Manoj Kumar Tiwari, Director, NITIE; the programme would not have been successful without his support. |
