Activity Name / Description	Sikkim Theme Lunch Institute of Hotel Management Pusa organised a Sikkim Theme Lunch at the institute on 10th of March 2023 showcasing the cuisine decor culture music and dance of it sister state Sikkim under ek Bharat shreshth Bharat. The venue of the lunch was the first floor restaurant scholar which was decorated completely as if you were in Sikkim itself. Different types of Sikkim Sikkim is dishes were prepared by the chef and students of the institute like Tomato dhaniya shorba with soup rolls Momos + red chilli chutney Sel roti + Gurkha achar Thupka veg / non veg Chicken curry ( sikkimes style) Tingmo (steamed Sikkim bread) Dignitaries from various government offices and psu's like Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd, Cement Corporation of India Ltd, HIL, NBCC (India) Ltd, PEC Ltd., Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., were invited for the event for the theme lunch. Everyone enjoyed not only the lunch in its exquisite decor but were also showcased a small cultural performance prepared by the cultural societies of IHM Pusa. It was a beautiful afternoon enjoyed by all.
