Webinar on Manipuri cuisine under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat activity
A detailed knowledge on Manipuri Cuisine was presented by Prof. R.C. Pandey, Dean, School of Hospitality Management, Graphic Era University, Dehradun. He is having a deep information on the regional cuisines on North eat states. Five popular dishes from Manipur have been demonstrated with prerecorded videos made in Kitchen labs. A total of 100. Participation has been observed and during the session multiple cross questions with the resource person have been satisfied. |
