On 26th January 2020, 71st Republic day celebration was held in Sona College ground. Our NSS wing participated in Republic day parade.Our National Flag was hoisted by Chairman. C. Valliyappa, Sona College of Technology in the presence of Principal Dr. S.R.R.Senthil Kumar principle of Sona College of Technology Dr. V.Karthikeyan principle of Thiyagrajar Polytechnic College. Mohamed Yunus, principal i/c presided over the function and delivered the presidential address. Ambur Municipal Commissioner, Ambur Tahsildar, Village Administrative Officer, Election Special Officer and Revenue Inspector, Dr. A. Shafee Ahmed Khan and Dr. M. Abubakkar spoke on the occasion. Dr. K. H. Kaleemullah delivered the welcome Address.
