Reading of Preamble, Poetry competition on Indian Constitution "Samvidhan Divas"was celebrated on 26th Nov, 2021 at GDC Jindrah by the Department of Political Science in collaboration with Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat club under the banner "Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav". Programme commenced with the reading out of Preamble by staff and students. It was followed by poetry Competition on "Indian Constitution". Students of all semesters participated with enthusiasm . Students appreciated different aspects of Constitution and its makers. The programme was organised under the guidance of Principal, Prof. ( Dr.) Raj shree Dhar. Prof Jasneet Kour of Political Science Department briefed the students about the process of Constitution making In India and its core values. All the staff members attended the programme and it culminated with the address of Principal of college. She congratulated the staff and students on the occasion , appreciated the efforts of students and focused on organising more such programmes to create awareness about Fundamental Duties and Constitution on the whole.
