On 30 Apr 2023 a Seminar was conducted by Class X cadets in the school auditorium on the topic MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS. The cadets of 6 to 9 witnessed the presentation (In total 60 cadets present). During the seminar they discussed various points such as importance of Mental health in schools, Symptoms of mental illness, Tips for improving mental health by doing various activities in schools etc. |
