“Demonstration on Manipuri cuisine”
Institute of Hotel Management Bhopal organised demonstration on Manipuri cuisine under the Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat theme. Manipuri Cuisine: Part of Manipuri Food culture, the dishes like Singju, Alu Kangmet, and Kangsoi have prepared and tasted by the students and staff members Aim: To impart knowledge on culture, popular food and beverages and eating style of Manipur region. Outcome: The demo was ended with the sharing of participants’ views on program and learning about manipuri cuisine. provide a meaningful opportunity to learn and understand the unity in the diversity of the country. |
