Dissemination of information (Cuisine) of both paired states to the Students of IHMA Gandhinagar
In line to create awareness on the literature on cuisine of the Chhattisgarh and Gujarat among the students of the institute an initiative was taken through “Chhattisgarhi Vyanjan” and “The Complete Gujarati Cookbook”. The students were willing to try the delicacies in their theme luncheons during their tenure at the institute and also at their homes. |
