Yoga Mahotsava Celebrations
The 6th IDY will be celebrated online with Yoga @Home and Yoga with family by the school due to the pandemic COVID-19 which would reiterate the importance of immunity and healthy living. A Yoga for Health Contest: Class VII to IX “One Yoga pose picture with family and one painting depicting Yoga for Health”, Classes X to XII & staff -record a video of “Five Yoga Poses with family including a short video message. |
