Theme Lunch on Fusion of Himachali and Kerala Cuisine
Institute has organized a Theme Lunch on Fusion of Himachali and Kerala Cuisine under “Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat” in the month of February 2023. In the said activity, students of the Institute participated in the Theme Lunch on Fusion of Himachali and Kerala Cuisine. This activity was organized to spread knowledge about cuisine and food of the paired state Kerala which increased the knowledge about the paired state Kerala. In this activity the top management of nearby five star hotels was also present. The Executive Chef, F&B Manager and F&B Manager of Oberoi appreciated the event, food and initiative to bring the two cuisines (Kerala & Himachali cuisines) together. Students of the Institute had explained “Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat” aspect precisely Theme Lunch on Fusion of Himachali and Kerala Cuisine and given the message that we are a country of diversity fulfilling the aim of “Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat” |
