Webinar on “ Sikkim's Undiscovered Cuisine & Culture”
The Institute of Hotel Management PUSA organized a webinar on “Sikkim’s Undiscovered Cuisine & Culture” in connection with Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat scheme, on Saturday 31st of October' 20. The target audience for this webinar was the youth of the state of Delhi represented by the students of IHM, Pusa and DIHM, Delhi and the youth of Sikkim represented by the students of SIHM, Sikkim with a panel of experts - Mr. Prakash Chettri the resident commissioner Sikkim, Mr. Deb Barman RD India Tourism North East, Mr. Roshan Shrestha President of Sikkim Hotel & Restaurant Association, Chef Rahul Wali RW Hospitality services and Mr. K K Pant Principal IHM Pusa. |
