Session on Beverages from Nagaland & Manipur
Ms. Taru Saxena, a lecturer at IHM Bhopal, delivered a comprehensive presentation on the beverages of Manipur and Nagaland. During the session, she introduced students to various types of beverages unique to these regions, discussing their cultural significance, preparation methods, and presentation styles. This informative session aimed to raise awareness among the students, ultimately promoting the rich beverage heritage of Manipur and Nagaland. A total of 50 students actively participated in the presentation. |
