Heritage Food Festival
The paired states carried out a series of activities with the reference to Literature, art, cuisine, music & sharing best practices amongst them. The Gujarat State is paired with Chhattisgarh to exchange art of culture and cuisine combined, amongst each other. On 24th March 2022 Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad had organised a Heritage Food Festival in which Faculties from each Institute along with their students prepared a full array of Chhattisgarhi & Gujarati meal |
