1. As a part of Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat, Description writing on traditional delicacies of Partner State.was carried out on 25 Jul 2022 to make the cadets aware of the, traditionaldishes of the partner state "Mizoram". 20 cadets of class VIII participated in the event and gained the knowledge of traditional dishes of Mizoram. This event has significantly contributed to the growth of a "universal brotherhood" and "oneness" amongst the cadets and made them aware of the cultural diversity of our country. 2. As a part of Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat, a Debate competition was organized on 29 Jul 22 for Class XI and XII, over agriculture, culture and historical aspects of the Partner State(Mizoram). 06 cadets participated and were adjudged by a panel of experts. Approx 150 Cadets witnessed the event and were enlightened by the rich heritage of Jharkhand and Mizoram.

Aryasree paid tribute to the Soldiers of the Indian army by rendering a Speech in the Mornng Assembly. It was soon followed by a Quiz on Kargil War C) Painting Competition In commemoration of the Kargil Vijay Diwas, Painting Competition was organized for both Juniors and Seniors to instill in students the spirit of patriotism and pay their tribute to soldiers of the Indian Army who lost their lives in 1999 to ensure India’s win over Pakistan.

BHASHA SANGAM The programme "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" was initiated to celebrate the spirit of national integration. "Bhasha Sangam" marks the unique symphony of languages of our country and is an expression of our shared dreams, hopes and aspirations for one India. Under Bhasha Sangam initiative it was planned to provide multilingual exposure to students in Indian languages listed in the VIII schedule of the Constitution of India. This initiative was just the beginning of the journey meant to create interest in these languages and aroused curiosity to learn more. Activities Undertaken: ● The 5 sentences pertaining to the language of the day was read out in the Morning Assembly by the Duty Teacher and students were asked to repeat them. ● The teacher gave a brief introduction pertaining to the Language being introduced on that day. ● Preferences were given to those teachers to introduce ethe language who ● were the native speakers of that language. ● Role play by students were performed and Bhasha Sangam Quiz too were conducted ● The Notice Board was updated everyday with the new language in Roman and Devanagiri Script

As a part of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat initiative, the Institute planned for activity where all faculty, staff & students together made an attractive, interactive display board highlighting the breathtaking tourism of Sikkim, during the month of July, 2022. This was an offline event conducted in the college premises on the 22nd of July. The activity aimed at increasing awareness about Delhi’s sister state Sikkim, and to promote it as an emerging tourism hotspot. The activity enjoyed massive participation from the student body, with participants shedding light on the cuisine, culture, and natural scenic beauty of Sikkim. Students showcased their enthusiasm via sketching and calligraphy on the display board. The board was also adorned with texts from Bhutia, Lepcha, and Nepalese, to provide the students an insight into the various vernacular languages of Sikkim. Both students and faculty pitched in eagerly to make the event a success.

˜Preparation & Descriptive Writing on Traditional Dish of Partner State (Haryana). Sainik School Kalikiri conducts various activities every month as part of the Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat programme with an aim to promote national integration and appreciation of Indian art and culture among the cadets. These activities also help the cadets to aware of the rich cultural heritage of the country and also to develop the feeling of admiration and respect for the cultures of a different state. As a part of that a competition on Preparation & Descriptive Writing on Traditional Dish of Partner State (Haryana) was conducted offline for the cadets of classes 9th to 11th from 21 July to 22 July 2022. The sole aim of this competition was to expose, sensitize and aware the cadets about the traditional dishes of partner State Haryana. The competition was well received by the cadets, and they actively participated in an essay writing competition and came up with vibrant presentations. They explained several varieties of Haryana State traditional dishes which are very common in Haryana. The cadets in their descriptive essays explained how dishes like Bajra Alu, Roti with Makhan, Besan Roti with Besan Curry, Roti Mix Veg Kadi Pokoda, Green Salad, Lassi Chaas, Churma, Meethi Chawal, Chole Vhature, Malpua, Bajra Kichadi, Gajar Methi With Masala Roti and Raita, Kichdi Pokoda, Palak Puri Palak Bajra Roti, Alu Parothaand Dahi, Mooli Parothaand Mongo Pickle, Panner Parotha, Alu Sanju, Alu Paratha with Tomato Sauce, and Hyali Chicken are prepared. It was very encouraging to see the young cadets describing various cuisines of Haryana. The Principal, Gp Capt C S Pardesi appreciated the cadets for taking an active part in the competition and advised them to continue learning more about the partner state by participating in all the forthcoming events as well. He also told the cadets that the programme indeed acts as a link between the two states' Sainik Schools to understand the significance of the history, culture, language and tradition of both states. Finally, he said that India is blessed with a rich culture and heritage, and the richness and variety of its culture need to be preserved for future generations.

In recent days due to Global warming the season for rain fall is changing and we are in the stage of storing water by different ways. The rural public is totally unaware about the water storage systems. It is mandatory that the rural people must be given awareness on water storage and its scheme. Nearby villages Namagiripettai, Thoppappatty, Andagalur Gate, Gurusamypalayam, R.Pudhupatty, R.Pattanam, Belukkurichi R.Pudhupalayam, Kattanatchampatty, Singalanthapuram & Bodinaickenpatti were selected for Campaigning under NSS, Humanitorian Club and Environmental Club of our institute and is executed with the support of our students and faculty members Outcomes: People are given awareness on how the soil erosion and flood hazards are controlled by collecting and reducing the flow of rainwater to prevent flooding.
