The students of Dr. S. & S. S. Ghandhy Government Engineering College, Surat took the Swachhta pledge on 16/02/2021 in their respective classrooms with their teachers and EBEB coordinators. The pledge was taken in Hindi as the same language has been spoken in the paired state. More than 100 students took the vow to keep their surroundings clean irrespective of where they are. They also decided to ensure that others also keep their surrounding clean. They will propagate this thought of “Keep clean surroundings” to their family, relatives, friends, neighbours etc. The Coordinator Prof. K. G. Bhuva and Prof. B. B. Rana coordinated and managed the event.

Cookery show on the National Women's day13th of Feb, 2020 As part of National Women's day EBSB club of NSS Training College, Ottapalam conducted a cookery show on 13th of Feb, 2020. We paid tribute to all the Indian women who have been serving the nation with sweetness despite of all the bitterness and hardships. We salute them with payasam, a traditional Kerala sweet, known for its taste, and rich and beautiful texture and flavour. 12 Students of our college participated in the Cookery show and the best presentation was awarded and recorded. A talk on various sweets of Himachal Pradesh on the day familiarized the students with the food culture of the paired institution. The great women inspirations of Himachal Pradesh like Meena Kumari, Suman Rawat,Geeta Verma, Muskan Thakur,Ravina Thakur, Divyaganga Trevedi, and Jabna Chauhan were introduced in the talk. The program highlighted uniting the people with the rich flavour of sweetness, the very essence and life of celebration.

The three-day ADTOI 10th Annual Convention-cum-Exhibition at the Statue of Unity (SOU), Tent City 2 in Kevadia was held from 12-14 Feb. 2021. The theme of the convention was: ‘Domestic Tourism – Hope for the revival- Dekho Apna Desh’. This three-day convention was jointly organized by the Ministry of Tourism and ADTOI with support from Gujarat Tourism. The objective of the conference was towards building public confidence to travel for the revival of domestic tourism in the country and was attended by around 400 delegates comprising of ADTOI members from across India, hoteliers, airlines representatives, senior government officials, media-persons among other stakeholders of the tourism industry. Secretary, Ministry of Tourism was the chief Guest and Additional Director General (Tourism) attended this Convention. The Ministry of Tourism invited 34 media persons from Delhi, Mumbai, Bhopal, Chennai and Raipur to participate in the convention and showcase the Kevadia Circuit to the media. India Tourism Mumbai coordinated the logistics for the stay and travel of the 34-member media team including 8 invited media journalists from Raipur, Chhattisgarh as Gujarat and Chhattisgarh are paired state under EBSB and also undertook a massive branding of EBSB Paired states all across the venue.

As a part of "Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat " activities, Ministry of Tourism, Government of India in association with Mygov platform conducted EBSB Quiz Competition from 1st January 2020 to 30th June 2020. As per the instructions received from MOT, India Tourism Mumbai provided paid holiday two (winner + one companion) to the pairing state (2 Nights and 3 Days) to winners of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) quiz contest. Arrangement of ground hospitality including Airfare, accommodation with meals, transport for transfers & sightseeing, guide fees, Entry fees etc. made through IATO. Accordingly, Mr. Sushil Anilkumar Chauhan from Diu winner from western region was provided 2 Nights/3 Days paid holiday along with his companion to Puducherry as Puducherry and Daman & Diu are paired UTs under EBSB Initiative

The branding will be for one-month from 11th February 2021. Specially designed EBSB creative highlighting Statue of Unity, Gujarat and Chitrakote waterfalls, Chhattisgarh were promoted though this advertisement as Gujarat and Chhattisgarh are paired state under EBSB Initiative

India Tourism Goa participated in the India Travel Mart, A Travel Expo held from 11-13 February 2021 at Goa. Over three days of fest More than 200 visitors visited Incredible India stall, which was prominently located in the Expo. The Incredible India stall showcased the Tourism potential of Jharkhand under Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) initiative and The Incredible India stall also decorated with Jharkhand theme.

Government Engineering College Palanpur, Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) unit organised an Awareness program on Single use plastic, water conservation and Swachhta on 10 th February 2021. The programme began with brief introduction of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. Students were made aware with EBSB and the activities going to be performed under EBSB. Dr. K. B. Judal the principal of the institute motivated and inspired students to take part in the different activities of EBSB. Prof. H. U. Patel, delivered the talk on Single use plastic its impact on environment. Prof. R. K. Rathod also briefed students about importance of water on earth and its conservation. At last, Dr. C. G. Prajapati aware the students regarding swatchhta. All the professors and students took an oath of cleanliness. This programme ran almost for an hour. The programme ended with Prof. D. A. Patel’s vote of thanks to all the participants of the programme.
