Visit to paired state - Jharkhand
All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) and Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) organized student cultural exchange tour to Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The purpose of this tour was to make students aware about India’s diverse culture and heritage by pairing two states together. The state of Goa was paired with state of Jharkhand. Goa College of Engineering was selected as nodal institution for the state of Goa and Jamshedpur Womens University was nodal institution for state of Jharkhand for the successful conduct of this program. Under this 25 students (13 boys and 12 girls) from Goa College of Engineering and 25 students from various schools in Goa were selected to visit the paired state Jharkhand. |
