Culinary Festival (Kerala Food Festival)
The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Kufri, Shimla – 171 012 (Himachal Pradesh) has conducted the culinary festival on 15th March, 2019 on Kerala cuisine. The students of the Institute have prepared the full board of Kerala Food (Cuisine) as per menu enclosed. The students used authentic recipes collected from the Internet as well as from the students’, who are from Kerala. Some of the recipes were collected from the Chefs of the different hotels in Shimla. |
