Competition on Assamese cuisines conducted in Home Science department. Different recipes viz Aaloo Pitika, Dhekiya, Thick Lentil soup, Khoero, Rice Kheer, and Salad were prepared. Judgment was done by the expert Dr. Shashi Sharma, associate professor, JDB Govt. Girls College, Kota and Mrs Vasundhara Saxena, Assistant Professor, SDM Girls College, Bhilwara. |
