The idea behind the webinar was to promote the domestic street food and ingredients of Manipur and Nagaland. Also this webinar has depicted an extensive research done by Staff members of IHM Gwalior to restore the lost dishes of Chambal Sambhag(Bhind,Morena and Sheopur) Resource persons: 1. Feroz Khan (Lecturer, IHM Gwalior) 2. Abhinav Bhat (Asst. lecturer, IHM Gwalior) and EBSB team IHM Gwalior All the participants were given e-certificates for participants. |
