Display of different Types of Millets used in Chhattisgarh
There was a live demonstration and presentation with students of IHM Ahmedabad. There was a presentation of information about the various types of millets from Chhattisgarh and their uses in the specialty dishes of Chhattisgarh. The benefits of the millets, their uses and the initiative of the government in enhancing the production of millets were informed to the students. Students were given handouts about the same. It was a very knowledgeable discussion giving the insights on the nutritional benefits of millets. Active Participation with audience and a lots of interaction made the activity a pleasant and learning experience. |
