There was an online meeting and presentation with participation of students of IHM Ahmedabad. There was an presentation of information about the various speciality dishes of Chhattisgarh . The dishes were discussed in details with the ingredients, preparation method as well as health benefits. It was a very knowledgeable discussion giving the insights of the uniqueness and specialities delicacies’. Active Participation with audience and a lots of interaction made the activity a pleasant and learning experience. |
