Food Stall at Bharat Parv
Under the “Ek Bharat Sreshth Bharat” initiative Institute of Hotel Management Pusa to hold an Institute stall showcasing dishes from Sikkim. All kept for sale to public visiting the Bharat Parv. This helps promote and develop a taste of Sikkim cuisine among the localities of Delhi. A few dishes kept from Delhi like Keema Paratha in keeping with the taste of Purani Dilli. The décor of the stall to focus on highlighting the rich Cultural Heritage of Sikkim.
