Demonstration of preparation of few dishes from cuisine of Puducherry
Chef Niraj Kumar and Chef Gitanshu Kumar demonstrated the preparation of dishes from Puducherry through online mode. This included ‘Kadugu Yerra’ and ‘Crème Caramel’. 2nd Year students of B.Sc. joined the session and learnt the preparation of the dishes. This also showed the students how history and amalgam of cultures influences the food of an area. |
