Haryanvi/Punjabi Food Festival
IHM Hyderabad presented culinary secrets from the heartlands of Haryana & Punjab and drew inspiration from the traditional eateries and their most relished dishes. The use of fresh ingredients and the sanjha-chulha concept, lends smokiness and flavour to the dishes and thus made it a treat for the taste buds. The event was attended by Human Resource and Training Managers of the Oberoi group.
