The Institute involved in an online webinar on the topic “UNTOLD STORIES OF HIMACHALI CUISINE” on 15th September, 2021 in which Mr. Rachit Verma and Mr. Mridul have told those stories which are rare to find about the Himachali Cuisine. They have briefly explained various equipments and food serving techniques related to Himachali Cusine. Faculty and the student of paired IHM, Thiruvananthapuram. There were 43 participants in this online activity. |
