Under the “Ek Bharat Sreshth Bharat” initiative Institute of Hotel Management Pusa to hold an Institute stall showcasing dishes from Sikkim. All kept for sale to public visiting the Bharat Parv. This helps promote and develop a taste of Sikkim cuisine among the localities of Delhi. A few dishes kept from Delhi like Keema Paratha in keeping with the taste of Purani Dilli.
The décor of the stall to focus on highlighting the rich Cultural Heritage of Sikkim.

IHM-Hyderabad organised a 2-Day food fest (IHM-Utsav), under the Ek Bharath Shrestha Bharath Campaign. The Food Festival/Fair was be organised with 30 stalls wherein 1 stall was specifically catering Haryanvi Cuisine & one stall exclusively for distribution of brochures/pamphlets promoting Tourism of Haryana, there were 2 stalls promoting Telangana Cuisine.The food festival was attended by a team of 2 faculty members & 8 students from SIHM-Panipat and SIHM-Faridabad, who were at IHM-Hyderabad.
