The management makes it a point to organize retreat every year for the entire faculty- both teaching and non-teaching to spiritually rejuvenate and revive the faculty. It was held on 4th January, 2020 in the college chapel. Rt. Rt. Rev. H. Sharma Nithyanandham, Bishop in Vellore, Chairman & Secretary of the College led the retreat. Rt. Rev. Devasagayam, former Bishop in Chennai shared the word of the Lord.
