All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) under Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav (AKAM) and Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat (EBSB) organized student cultural exchange tour to Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. The purpose of this tour was to make students aware about India’s diverse culture and heritage by pairing two states together. The state of Goa was paired with state of Jharkhand. Goa College of Engineering was selected as nodal institution for the state of Goa and Jamshedpur Womens University was nodal institution for state of Jharkhand for the successful conduct of this program. Under this 25 students (13 boys and 12 girls) from Goa College of Engineering and 25 students from various schools in Goa were selected to visit the paired state Jharkhand.

As a part of Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat, 30 mins instrumental music playing of the folk/traditional songs of respective Partner State in Cadets Mess was carried out on 22 Sep 2022 to enhance the knowledge of the cadets about the traditional songs of partner state "Mizoram". 700 cadets were present in the event and gained the knowledge about the partner state Mizoram.

1. As a part of Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat, Description writing on traditional delicacies of Partner State.was carried out on 25 Jul 2022 to make the cadets aware of the, traditionaldishes of the partner state "Mizoram". 20 cadets of class VIII participated in the event and gained the knowledge of traditional dishes of Mizoram. This event has significantly contributed to the growth of a "universal brotherhood" and "oneness" amongst the cadets and made them aware of the cultural diversity of our country. 2. As a part of Ek Bharat Shreshta Bharat, a Debate competition was organized on 29 Jul 22 for Class XI and XII, over agriculture, culture and historical aspects of the Partner State(Mizoram). 06 cadets participated and were adjudged by a panel of experts. Approx 150 Cadets witnessed the event and were enlightened by the rich heritage of Jharkhand and Mizoram.

Indiatourism Goa participated in India Travel Mart held at Don Bosco High school, Panjim from 25th to 27th Feb 2022. The Incredible India stall promoted the varied Tourism products of the country and also highlighted the two major initiative of Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India namely " Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav" and "Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat ". During the three days of exhibition around 400 visitors visited Indiatourism Information counter and took the tourist Information as well as colourful brochures and maps of various tourist places of India. At the booth AV made by Indiatourism Mumbai on Aguada Jail Museum was played.
