Food Festivals / Culinary Exchange

Food is an ingredient that binds us together. As a nation with 28 states and 8 union territories, India is quite a rich country when it comes to food culture. On one hand we have the spicy Misal Pav of Maharashtra, on the other hand we have the sweet and butterlicious Mysore Pak of Karnataka. Then, we also have some similarities like the litti of Bihar and baati of Rajasthan. Food festivals / culinary exchanges are held to make people familiar with the food culture of the paired state as well as other states of the country.
