IHM Hyderabad hosted a sweet making competition for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd years in which the students were asked to make sweets from Haryana & Punjab. By combining the creativity and innovation, the students showcased their talent in such a manner that the judges were amused to see their products.

IHM-Hyderabad organised a Diwali dinner for its hostellers, faculty and their families.The event was celebrated with traditional fervor. Diyas’ were lit all around the campus and the traditional Rangoli was the center of attraction for the day. An authentic Haryanvi/Punjabi dinner was served, along with several cultural activities being performed.

The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition, Kufri, Shimla – 171 012 (Himachal Pradesh) has conducted the culinary festival on 15th March, 2019 on Kerala cuisine. The students of the Institute have prepared the full board of Kerala Food (Cuisine) as per menu enclosed. The students used authentic recipes collected from the Internet as well as from the students’, who are from Kerala. Some of the recipes were collected from the Chefs of the different hotels in Shimla.
